Sick Time Policy & Procedure

Eligibility: Based on state law.

Eligible Sick Time States Include: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, New Mexico, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, Vermont 

Guidelines & Requirements: 
  • Increments. Sick Time can be taken in increments of .25 of an hour. 

  • Human Resources Approval. All requests are subject to approval/denial from Human Resources (HR).
