How to Access W-2s (Income Tax Form)

Tax Years 2018 to 2022

You may request any and all of your SASR Workforce Solutions W-2s from work year 2018 to 2022 by following these instructions: 

 Please use the Contact Us Button on the new mobile app or submit a support ticket from the Knowledge Base (at the bottom of the article). Make Sure to put "Request (Year) W2" in the subject line and pick the Payroll Category when you submit your ticket. 

To help expedite your request please include your email, phone number and full first and last name in the request. Nicknames or email aliases may delay responses or will require additional questions from our team. 

Tax Years from 2017 and earlier

Please call America's Back Office (our previous payroll provider) at: 877-423-7736, and they will be happy to assist you with your previous W-2.
