Agreement and Waiver
In relation to my assignment to any client job by SASR Workforce Solutions, LLC, I acknowledge that I am exclusively an employee of SASR Workforce Solutions, LLC for benefits purposes and that I am only eligible for the benefits SASR Workforce Solutions, LLC offers to its employees. I further understand and agree that I am not eligible to participate in, nor can I make any claims regarding any benefit plan, policy, or practice provided by the client, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, or successors to their direct employees. This applies regardless of the duration or accumulation of my assignment(s) with the client or whether I am considered a common-law employee of the client for any reason. With this understanding, I hereby waive any current or future claims for such benefits and agree not to pursue any claims for them.
We would like all SASR employees to read it through, and have the opportunity to ask questions for clarification and acknowledge that they have received, read and understand it.
