These are instructions for checking into your assignment!
- Check your phone's app store regularly for the latest version of the SASR Mobile App!
- Sign into the App before leaving home/hotel to check your schedule to make sure nothing has changed
- Use the Map Tool to get directions right in Google Maps to plan your drive time and be ready to work
- Once you arrive to the worksite, Punch (clock) In on the App at the start of your shift
- Being inside of the store is the best practice, but we know sometimes signals can be spotty
- Trouble with getting a signal?
- If you have trouble getting a signal, step right outside the door, or on the sidewalk next to the location and give it a try
- If you still cannot connect, you may receive a message "Internet is not available, punches will be saved offline?" Select Confirm, and this will still capture your time, when you punch in on the clock.
Your smart phones are smart - so, if you are not on the job site or are too far away, the App will not allow you to punch in or out (for lunch breaks too!)
So, it is important to remember to punch in/out - for lunches too - at your assigned location.
** Remember, if you miss a punch, you must submit a ticket to support making the subject "Missed punch" with your correct punch times in the message.
Payroll is submitted directly from your SASR Mobile App.
Notifications - you may also see new notifications through your App, through text or through email if you have not punched into a scheduled shift!
