Dollar General roll container usage process. 

Always review the condition of the rolltainer. If it is broken notify store personnel so they can tag it with a repair tag.
Never ride on or stand on a rolltainer.
Always push the rolltainer from the end with the pivot wheels.
Do not pull the rolltainer. They can tip over.
Be cautious when moving a rolltainer, ensure your hands are placed on the inside bars and never the outside. This will prevent hand injuries.
Do not leave rolltainers unattended during operating hours.
