How to Download and Use the SASR APP
Please note these instructions should cover most smart phones and devices on the market but may not be your exact model or home screen set up.
Also note ongoing enhancements and modifications based on feedback may cause some of the screens to look slightly different as well.
On your smart device, access your
Google Play Store
for Android or the
App Store for iPhone IOS . Search for SASR Workforce Solutions and select the below.
Once you have downloaded the app, enter your mobile number or email address along with your password. Don’t forget to click Remember Me.
Once you have logged in, select your preferred language, review and acknowledge the user agreements, select Next.
After selecting Next, your dashboard screen will populate showing any current or upcoming assigned jobs, if you have been assigned work.
If you need assistance from your talent consultant, you can select the “Contact Agency” Tab. You will now have the option to chat or provide feedback to SASR.
If you select the “Notifications” tab to see any pending actions.
If you select the 4 line “Hamburger” on the upper left-hand side of your screen, you will have a dropdown page to access your profile, settings, and other features of the app. Note: some of the current features shown below may differ in the actual app.
If you select “Settings”, you will have access to update all information listed below.
I keep getting an error:
Unauthorized User
If you are seeing an error when you try to log into the app please follow these.
Step 1: Ensure you have downloaded the correct app from the app store. It needs to be the "SASR Workforce Solutions" named app with our green and blue logo.
Step 2: Ensure you have entered your email address correctly before trying to log in.
Step 3: Ensure you have entered your password correctly before trying to sign in.
