Field Reasonable Accommodation Request
We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to employees with disabilities to ensure they can perform their job duties effectively. Employees who require accommodation should submit a request to HR along with documentation of their disability.
To provide employees with a detailed guide to the reasonable accommodation process.
There are important steps that must be taken to ensure reasonable accommodation is
documented (within the accommodation tracking system), communicated, and provided
in a timely fashion. These steps ensure equal opportunity for applicants, candidates, and
employees with disabilities as well as ensure SASR meets its legal obligations.
Please click on the attached documents for the required steps and form.
