Field Reasonable Accommodation Request

We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to employees with disabilities to ensure they can perform their job duties effectively. Employees who require accommodation should submit a request to HR along with documentation of their disability.

To provide employees with a detailed guide to the reasonable accommodation process. There are important steps that must be taken to ensure reasonable accommodation is documented (within the accommodation tracking system), communicated, and provided in a timely fashion. These steps ensure equal opportunity for applicants, candidates, and employees with disabilities as well as ensure SASR meets its legal obligations.
