What steps you must take to set a new password on the SASR Workforce Mobile Application:
Note 1: When you reset your mobile app password, this also effects your ability to see your payroll information as well since you access payroll through your SASR Mobile App.
Note 2: If the password reset steps do not work - skip to Step 6:
Step 1: Select "Forgot Password?" below the Login button.
Step 2: Enter your email or mobile phone into the box and hit "Next" (remember it has to be the email or phone number associated with your work account).
Step 3: Go to your email account and find the email "Rest your Password" then click the button "Click Here to reset your password"
Step 4: Enter your "Email Address" and a new password (follow the password requirements) and confirm the new password then select "Reset Password"
Step 5: You have successfully reset your password and can now log back into the SASR Mobile App. (You can simply close this window).
Step 6: What do I do if the password reset did not work or I get another error?
Step A: Take a screenshot of the error message you receive when attempting to log in or when you are attempting to change your password.
Step B: Submit a support ticket at the link at the bottom of this article with your name, email address, and a summary of what you have tried to do and the error you received.
Step C: Attach the screenshot you took.
Step D: Submit your ticket.
Note: Please remember it may take 24 to 48 hours for a resolution to your issues (in some cases it may take longer if technical resources are needed for troubleshooting).
