SASR CODE OF CONDUCT

SASR CODE OF CONDUCT

PURPOSE

The success of our business is dependent on the trust and confidence we earn from our employees and clients. We gain credibility by adhering to our commitments, displaying honesty and integrity and reaching company goals solely through honorable conduct. It is easy to say what we must do, but the proof is in our actions. Ultimately, we will be judged on what we do.

ACT WITH INTEGRITY AND FOLLOW OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

Our reputation for acting ethically and responsibly is built one decision at a time, every day, by each of us. Our Code, together with our company policies and values, gives you the information needed to perform your job ethically. It is your responsibility as a SASR employee to understand and comply with the policies that apply to the work you do and the decisions you make. As a service focused business, we are also committed to complying with all local laws and safety requirements.
