As a field employee, you represent the SASR brand and present the face of SASR to
all clients.
Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to maintain a professional and healthy work
environment for all employees, our clients and customers.
Scope: This policy applies to all SASR employees, contractors, interns, and visitors in
the workplace, regardless of their position, location, or role.
Appropriate SASR attire is required at all times and may be modified if required by
the client or scope of the job.
Failure to follow these guidelines below may result in an employee being asked to
leave the work assignment to correct their attire or may be removed from the
project completely (without pay, if applicable and permitted by applicable law). The
employee may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Dress and Professional Presentation Guidelines
• You must wear neat and clean attire.
• Clothing should be washed regularly and in good repair
• Every employee is expected to practice daily hygiene and good grooming
habits.
• Regular bathing or showering and use of deodorant or antiperspirant to
prevent body odor.
• Keeping hair, nails, and teeth clean and properly groomed.
• Mustaches and beards must be clean, well-trimmed and neat.
• No excessive scents or odors are permitted such as cologne, perfume, body
spray, body odor, or the smell of smoke of any kind.
• Required shoes must be closed toe and heel and provide safe, secure footing,
and offer protection against hazards.
• No sweatpants, sleep pants, leggings, shorts, or head coverings are allowed.
• Tank tops, crop tops, tube or halter tops or shorts may not be worn under any
circumstances.
• Long hairstyles should be worn with hair pulled back off the face and neck to
avoid interfering with work performance and safety, if applicable.
• Jewelry should be worn on a limited basis and not be functionally restrictive,
or dangerous to work performance.
• No headphones are allowed while on the clock.

Unless otherwise specified by the client or specific work environment the standard
SASR Dress Code (Uniform) is:
• SASR branded shirt or a solid navy-blue t-shirt free of rips, holes, or logos.
• Pants will be clean blue jeans or khakis free of rips, tears or holes.
• Belts are encouraged.
• Name tags must be always worn and easily seen.
