Hello SASR Employees, 

As we continue to connect great people with great companies to deliver great work, we are optimizing our workforce database. 

In alignment with this, if an employee does not receive a paycheck from SASR for a continuous period of 6 months, they will be formally separated from employment. 

It's important to be aware that affected employees will receive a notification 30 days prior to their separation. This provides them with an opportunity to apply and potentially return to work before the end of the 13th month. 

This systematic approach aims to uphold an active workforce dedicated to delivering exceptional results and demonstrating unwavering commitment. Employees who undergo separation through this process are welcome to reapply in the future. 

  Please note, employees who have previously been separated from the organization twice will not be eligible for rehire.
