If you are seeing an error when you try to log into the app please follow these instructions below.

Note

The link you received is used to create your password and is a one time only link. Once you have created your password you will need to make sure you have downloaded the mobile app (if you have not done so yet). If you try to log in on a web page you will not be able to. This will only work in the mobile app.

Steps

Step 1: Ensure you have downloaded the correct app from the app store. It needs to be the "SASR Workforce Solutions" named app with our green and blue logo.

Step 2: Ensure you have entered your email address correctly before trying to log in.

Step 3: Ensure you have entered your password correctly before trying to sign in.
