How To Reset Password in UKG Pro

Reset your own password (self-service)

  1. Go to the UKG Pro sign-in page: https://sasrws2003-dl.ultipro.com
  2. Select Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.
    1. (If you also can't remember your username, use the Can't Remember Your Username? link on the same page.)
  3. Enter your username when prompted.
  4. UKG sends a password reset link to the email on file for your account. Open that email and click the link.
  5. Follow the prompts to set a new password.
  6. Return to the sign-in page and log in with your new password.

Didn't get the email? The reset link only reaches you if the email on file for your account is correct.

If nothing arrives within a few minutes (check spam/junk first), contact support by submitting a ticket so the email on file can be corrected.

Account locked or blocked? You can unblock it yourself the same way — request the reset by email. There's no waiting period.
