What if I get hurt on the job?

The goal is to always work safely and avoid any type of injury. However, we do realize that accidents do occur on rare occasions.

 

Your immediate Supervisor

If the injury is life threatening, always call 911.

 

If you do sustain a non-life-threatening injury, your first step is to tell your immediate Supervisor, Lead, TC, or PC of the accident and they will make the call with you. They will contact QBE immediately at 1-844-837-2122 before you seek any medical care or advice. QBE will be standing by 24 hours per day/ 7 Days per week. Please provide them with the following information:

 

The Supervisor, Lead, TC, PC must provide QBE

  1. Policy Holders Name: SASR Workforce Solutions LLC
  2. The policy number is 202001660

 

QBE will ask for the following information.

  • Name
  • Associate ID
  • Birthday
  • Your current location with city and state
  • Your social security numbers.
  • Time and date of injury
  • Description of how the injury occurred.

 

Please take note that all calls are recorded. The nurse will give you a unique confirmation number that will validate you made the call. When the injured associate attains care, they will submit to a post-accident drug test on the initial visit.

 

A copy of the incident report will be sent to the designated SASR representative which starts any necessary worker's compensation claim processes.
