WurkNow Enter Mileage on the Mobile App

Associates in mileage eligible positions now can enter their mileage through the SASR Mobile App. The following Quick Reference Guide (QRG) will show the mileage entering process. 

      After you have completed your punches for the day, click on the down arrow next to “Regular” and scroll down to “Mileage.”

2.      Enter the total number of miles and click on “Submit.”

3. When the miles entered disappear, the mileage has been submitted

    4.  To validate that your mileage was submitted, click on “Punch Details.”

5. Once you have clicked on “Punch Details,” mileage will appear below the daily punches.

Note: Mileage can be entered after the first punch of the day but will not show in the punch details until there is an out punch.

Note: Mileage will not show an amount on the punch details screen.

6.  Mileage is calculated at the rate within the job description. If you feel that your milage is incorrect, please submit a ticket to support@sasrlink.com for review.
