Please note these instructions should cover most smart phones and devices on the market but may not be your exact model or home screen set up.
Also note as we are launching this new app we will be making enhancements and modifications based on feedback and some of the screens may look slightly different as well.
You will receive a notification by text, email, and on the SASR app for any job opportunities. Go into your app and click on the "hamburger" menu.
From this screen click on Notifications.
Choose to “Decline” or “I’m Interested”. If you select “I’m Interested”, you will receive the below notification.
If selected for the job opportunity, you will find the job under “Jobs”.
Once, you click on the job opportunity, you will be able to see the Job Details. From this screen, you will be able to see your calendar, get directions to the job, and can clock in.
From your “Home” screen, you can also clock in.
Once you click on Clock, your time clock will appear. Click on the correct punch type. (Remember you should be on the job site and ready to check in at the job start time listed on the assignment instructions).
Once you have clicked on the correct punch type, you will receive a confirmation pop up. Click Confirm. Your punch has been captured and will show on your clock summary.
Note: If you are too far away from the job site, you will receive the below message and will not be able to enter a punch. Location Issues Troubleshooting
