Getting Started with UKG Pro App - Field Merchandiser

The UKG Pro mobile application is your gateway to your Human Resources and Payroll account. 

STEP 1
Download the UKG Pro App from the Apple or Android Store.

STEP 2
Once the UKG Pro Mobile App has been successfully downloaded, open the app, type in the company code (SASRWS2003), and click "continue."


STEP 3
Enter your email, default password (DOB: mmddyyyy), and click Sign in. 




STEP 4
Next, you will have to create your password. Please follow UKG's password requirements, otherwise after 2 attempts you will be locked out and must submit a ticket at the bottom of this article. 


STEP 5
You will be prompted to this step if your password was accepted! However, you must set up security questions by clicking on each drop down, selecting your security question and answering your security question. 


STEP 6
Once you have setup your security questions, click on continue. 


STEP 7
Once you have setup your password and security questions, you have successfully setup your UKG Pro App! CONGRATS! Please click cancel on the top left corner. 


STEP 8
On the screen, type in your UKG login credentials and click "sign in." 


STEP 9
Once you have successfully logged in, check out the features below on the UKG Pro home screen. 



STEP 10
Check out the features below on the UKG Pro app navigation window once you click on the "hamburger" button. 


STEP 11
On the Profile Page, click on Edit to make changes to your personal info page. 


STEP 12
Scroll down and click on "Add Contact" under Emergency Contact to add your emergency contact information. 


STEP 13
To sign out, scroll down on the left hand side.
