I Did Not Receive My Pay Check?


SASR Workforces Solutions Payroll Schedule: 

  1. Friday's are SASR's official pay day. Payroll is approved weekly for Friday's pay date. 
  2. Our work week is Saturday through Friday
    1. The pay week starts at 12:00am on Saturday and includes all work performed up to 11:59pm on the following Friday, therefore the remainder of that shift is paid on the next check.
  3. All punches must be done on the SASR mobile app in real time.

Missing Check

Checks are mailed each Friday to your address on file, through the US Postal Service (USPS). It may take up to 10 Business Days to arrive, and may also be affected by situations outside of SASR's control such as inclement weather or Federal Holidays. 

If after 10 business days you still have not received the paycheck, please fill out the attached Stop Payment Form, and send it to Doug at dmorgan@sasrlink.com

Direct Deposit

If this was your first SASR payroll and you did not receive your payment, please log into your SASR mobile app and select payroll to access your direct deposit information. How to Access Payroll
  1. Please ensure you have completed the bank authorization form you received from dmorgan@sasrlink.com.
