What Should I Know About the New Mobile App?

At the beginning of 2023 we launched SASR Workforce Solutions - mobile phone application (app) which can be found in the Google Play Store (Android) and Apple (iOS) Store on your specific device. 

Adopting this new app will provide additional functionality to how you are able to seek out work, receive notification and most importantly confirm you required shift punches. 

If you have not worked with SASR since 2022 or earlier we encourage you to visit the Career Site to review current opportunities and chat with out recruiting team. 


Important Information

Please note we are aware that requests to download a new app or provide personal information can be seen as spam or a scam and you may be hesitant to download these new apps. 

Our new app was developed and will be maintained by WurkNow (you may verify this on the download page for the app).

What Should I Do If I Miss a Punch?

Please make sure that you use the app to check in and out for each shift, and for any lunch break if required. 

This is a real time system, so if you forget and miss a punch, you must send a support ticket with the subject of "Missed Punch" through the support system with a statement of why you missed your punch and what the correct time should be.


Example:  "I forgot to punch out when I left the store. I finished working and walked out at 1:02pm"


Example: "I punched out for lunch by accident. I meant to punch in to start work at 9:00am and I did leave at 1:00pm, which was my punch out".


Please note that we will not be able to process and complete your payroll, so we can pay you on time, without this missed punch information.


What Should I Do If I Have Trouble Downloading the App?
Please submit a support ticket with your Email Address, best phone number to reach and select the "SASR Mobile App" status. Please include the type of phone you have, a description of the error (even better - attached a screenshot of the error) and any additional information you think may help. 

I am not seeing all of my information or Job Searches. 
It is important to keep your app updated to the latest version to make sure you have the full function of the app. 

I keep getting "Unauthorized User" when I try to sign into the app.
Step 1: Make sure you downloaded the app named "SASR Workforce Solutions" with our green and blue logo. 
Step 2: Make sure you have typed your email address in correctly. (This seems to be a main cause of this issue). 
Step 3: Make sure you have typed your password is correctly.
