Please make sure that you report your completed work hours each day/shift, including lunch breaks, if required, by using the SASR Mobile App to check in and out or by sending a ticket to support with the detailed punch times and date.
This is a real time system, so if you forget and miss a punch, you must send a support ticket with the subject of "Missed Punch" through the support system with a statement of why you missed your punch and what the correct time should be.
Example: "I forgot to punch out when I left the store. I finished working and walked out at 1:02pm"
Example: "I punched out for lunch by accident. I meant to punch in to start work at 9:00am and I did leave at 1:00pm, which was my punch out".
Please note that we will not be able to process and complete your payroll, so we can pay you on time, without this missed punch information.
